# Verify a customer's memberships in ServiceTitan Mobile

## Overview

You can verify if a customer has active memberships directly in ServiceTitan Mobile.

## Verify memberships

1. Tap into the job from the main dashboard.
2. Tap **Contact details** on the Job screen, located to the right of the customer information.

> **Note:** An M icon next to the Location / Bill To name indicates the location has an active membership.

3. The *Customer details* screen shows you the customer's memberships, with the dates of each membership.
