Voicemail drop makes you more efficient by allowing you to drop off a call and leave a pre-recorded voicemail message automatically while you continue to call another customer. --- ### #### Who uses this feature - Administrators and CSRs - Applies to all business types #### Feature configuration - To get started with Phones Pro, request a demo on our [Pro Products page](https://www.servicetitan.com/features/pro), or reach out to your Customer Success Manager (CSM) or Pro Account Manager. ## Things to know - You will see the Voicemail drop option when you use [ServiceTitan Click 2 Call](/construction/docs/place-outbound-calls) with the [embedded dialer](/construction/docs/use-the-embedded-dialer) or when you manually dial out of the Dialpad app. ## Open voicemail drop settings 1. In Dialpad, go to **Your Settings** > **Voicemail Drop**. 5. Select **Enable Voicemail Drop**. ## Set a voicemail drop message You have three options to set a voicemail drop message: - Select an existing voicemail drop message from the dropdown list. - Record a voicemail drop message from your computer. - Upload a voicemail drop message from your computer. To record a voicemail: 1. In the *Record Your Greeting* pop-up, enter a name for the greeting. 3. Click **Start recording** and record your greeting after hearing the tone. 4. Select **VM Drop**. 2. Choose the option you'd like to play. It automatically leaves a voicemail based on the option chosen.
