This helps you save time since it creates the visit based on the information in the visit template. --- ### ****Who uses this feature**** - Administrators, accountants, estimators, project managers, and operations managers - Primarily benefits Commercial Service and Replacement, Commercial Construction, and Residential Service and Replacement business types - Applies to all trades ****Feature configuration**** - Account configuration is required to use this feature. Please contact [Technical Support](http://go.servicetitan.com/ask) for details. ## Things to know - When creating a service agreement, you can only select from active visit templates. - Edits to a visit template do not impact agreements created in the past. Only new agreements created using the edited template contain the updates. - If the visit template includes multiple services, all of them are added to the visit automatically. A single job is created for the visit, with duration, labor, and price totaled across the services. You can remove an individual service from that visit afterward if needed. - If a visit template is part of a [minimum spacing relationship](/construction/docs/clone-set-up-minimum-spacing-between-visit-templates), every new agreement that uses both templates inherits the rule automatically. You can't edit or remove the relationship on the agreement. ## Add a visit template to a service agreement When creating a service agreement for a customer: 1. In the *Scope of Work* step, click **Add Visit**. 2. Select the desired *Visit Template* to create a visit with the information from the visit template. > [!NOTE] > **Note:** You can only choose from visit templates that are currently active. ![Scope of Work section showing agreement details and visit template options.](https://cdn.document360.io/961862ab-d0f2-4d91-bb62-a62ee8184eff/Images/Documentation/use-visit-templates-with-service-agreements-image-bii6rrkz.png?sv=2026-02-06&spr=https&st=2026-10-31T02%3A37%3A59Z&se=2026-10-31T03%3A37%3A59Z&sr=c&sp=r&sig=7Fh1QS53A8pRAfU30EBAFXj4saNxNBMeT372ZZT2CPU%3D) 3.
