In addition to email, you can also send your customers payment links for invoices over SMS. --- ### #### Who uses this feature - Administrators, office employees, managers, accountants, bookkeepers, technicians, dispatchers, and customer service representatives (CSRs) - Applies to all business types #### Feature configuration - Account configuration is required to use this feature. Please contact [Technical Support](http://go.servicetitan.com/ask) for details. - The *Enable Invoice SMS Text Link* permission is required to use this feature. Please contact the account administrator on your team. ## Things to know - To use SMS payment links, you must have a [default number](/construction/docs/set-up-your-default-forwarding-number) set up in ServiceTitan and [register your business for SMS delivery](/construction/docs/register-your-business-for-sms-and-mms-delivery). - Sending SMS payment links for membership payments or statement payments is not available at this time. - SMS payment links can only be sent to customer numbers saved as **Mobile ![](https://cdn.document360.io/961862ab-d0f2-4d91-bb62-a62ee8184eff/Images/Documentation/icon-phone-iphone.png?sv=2026-02-06&spr=https&st=2026-10-31T01%3A36%3A23Z&se=2026-10-31T02%3A36%3A23Z&sr=c&sp=r&sig=hSHOLsCys5qkocWDaI%2B7FFFjPS1nIA7V7ULrrU0yLyk%3D)**. ## Set up SMS invoice payment links 1. Go to the navigation bar and click **Settings ![A simple icon representing a settings gear. ](https://cdn.document360.io/961862ab-d0f2-4d91-bb62-a62ee8184eff/Images/Documentation/icon-gnav-settings-inactive.png?sv=2026-02-06&spr=https&st=2026-10-31T01%3A36%3A23Z&se=2026-10-31T02%3A36%3A23Z&sr=c&sp=r&sig=hSHOLsCys5qkocWDaI%2B7FFFjPS1nIA7V7ULrrU0yLyk%3D)**. 2. In the side panel, go to **Invoicing > Online Payments**. 3. From the *Enable Payment Options* section, turn on SMS invoice links. 1. If you want office employees to use SMS payment links, click **Enable sending invoice links in desktop via ServiceTitan Office**. 2. [Find the invoice](/construction/docs/use-search-in-servicetitan) you want to send an SMS payment link for. > [!NOTE] > **Note:** SMS payment links for membership payments or statement payments are not available at this time. 2. Tap **Invoice** for the job that you want to send the invoice link for. 2.
