For more, see [System requirements and mobile app information](/v1/docs/system-requirements). - If you're using the Field Mobile App and need support, please contact [Technical Support](http://go.servicetitan.com/ask) (through the office) or reach out directly to [support@servicetitan.com](mailto:support@servicetitan.com). - Account configuration is required to use this feature. Please contact your office for details. > [!NOTE] > **Note:** Legacy Timekeeping is not available if your office uses [Flexible Timekeeping](/construction/docs/compare-different-ways-use-flexible-timekeeping-servicetitan-field-mobile-app). - The following permissions are required to use this feature. Please contact the account administrator on your team. - *Mobile Clock in and Out* - *Allow Meal Break* ## Things to know - In Commercial terminology, jobs are referred to as work orders. - If you don't clock out at the end of the day, you're automatically clocked out at 12:00 AM. The *End Time* shown on your timesheet on the office side will show 11:59 PM. ## Best practices - Remember to clock in at the beginning of your work day and clock out at the end of your work day. ## Clock in and clock out with Legacy Timekeeping in the Field Mobile App 1.
