For example, training sessions, inventory runs, and truck maintenance. Use Legacy Timekeeping to track your non-job events in the Field Mobile App so your hours are logged accurately. --- ### #### Who uses this feature - Technicians - Applies to all business types #### Feature configuration - The Field Mobile App is optimized for iOS, iPadOS, and Android phones and tablets. For more, see [System requirements and mobile app information](/v1/docs/system-requirements). - If you're using the Field Mobile App and need support, please contact [Technical Support](http://go.servicetitan.com/ask) (through the office) or reach out directly to [support@servicetitan.com](mailto:support@servicetitan.com). - Account configuration and [office setup](/construction/docs/set-up-timesheet-codes) is required to use this feature. Please contact your office for details. > [!NOTE] > **Note:** Legacy Timekeeping is not available if your office uses [Flexible Timekeeping](/construction/docs/compare-different-ways-use-flexible-timekeeping-servicetitan-field-mobile-app). ## Things to know - In Commercial terminology, jobs are referred to as work orders. - Non-job event options are hidden on the *Time* screen in the following scenarios: - After you or the office tap **Dispatch** or **Arrive**. This is because the *Dispatch* and *Arrive* actions mean you're working on a job, therefore you aren't available for non-job events. - After you or the office tap **Start Meal Break**.
