Global Search is an addition to the existing Search functionality, which we will continue to support. --- ### #### Who uses this feature - All users - Applies to all business types - Applies to all trades #### Feature configuration - Account configuration is required to use this feature. Please contact [Technical Support](http://go.servicetitan.com/ask) for details. ## Things to know - To open a result in a new window, hold the *Command* key on Mac or *Ctrl* on Windows while clicking the link. In Enterprise Hub, click the navigation bar to **Search** or press **CTRL + /** on Windows and **Command + /** on Mac on your keyboard. Use your mouse or press **Tab** on your keyboard to browse the results. 2. Search for the record you want. The system shows all available options. 3. Click **View All** or the category filter to view more results from a specific category. To share your feedback, click **Share Feedback** and write your feedback about Global Search. Global Search looks across all the tenants you have access to, and each result shows which tenant the agreement belongs to. To find a service agreement by its ID: 1. In Enterprise Hub, click **Search** in the navigation bar or press **CTRL + /** on Windows or **Command + /** on Mac. 2. Enter all or part of the Agreement ID. 3. Under **Service Agreements**, find the agreement in the results. Each result shows the tenant and customer, then the **Agreement ID**, with the digits that match your search highlighted. 4. Click the agreement name or the **Agreement ID** to open the agreement.
