# Use Content Portal in the ServiceTitan Field Mobile App

## Overview

Use the Content Portal to view office-uploaded videos, documents, and other resources right from the field. This allows you to access content sent by your office on the go, right from the Field Mobile App.

- The Field Mobile App is optimized for iOS, iPadOS, and Android phones and tablets. For more, see [System requirements and mobile app information](/v1/docs/system-requirements).
- If you're using the Field Mobile App and need support, please contact [Technical Support](http://go.servicetitan.com/ask) (through the office) or reach out directly to [support@servicetitan.com](mailto:support@servicetitan.com).
- Account configuration and [office setup](/construction/docs/create-content-portal-posts-1) are required to use this feature. Please contact your office for details.

## Things to know

- The Content Portal is only available online with a stable internet connection.
- The Content Portal only shows content that's directly assigned to you by the office.

## Best practices

- Confirm with your office how often you should check Content Portal for new content.

## Use cases

- As a Residential Service and Replacement technician, you may need to review:
  - A video walkthrough for a new water heater model before the install.
  - A seasonal HVAC checklist.
  - A training video on upsell tips.
- As a Commercial Service and Replacement technician, you may need to review:
  - Safety protocols videos for a new client site.
  - Large building schematics.
  - Updated instructions for rooftop unit (RTU) repairs.
- As a Residential Construction technician, you may need to review:
  - Documentation on project-specific rough-in requirements.
  - Orientation videos on location expectations before arriving.
  - Last-minute permit changes.
- As a Commercial Construction technician, you may need to review:
  - Staging and delivery timelines.
  - Training on new commercial install equipment.
  - Safety briefings for multi-phase builds.

## Use Content Portal in the Field Mobile App

1. 2. > **Tip:** After the portal loads, you can pull to refresh and see newly posted content, if needed.
3. In the Content Portal that opens, a list of content shared by the office is shown. 4. After you open the content, you can tap to play it if it's a video, or review the text if it's a document.
