# Unable to Move Phone Numbers Between Call Centers in ServiceTitan

## Problem

When attempting to move phone numbers between call centers in ServiceTitan, the error message "Unable to process request" appears. This error message includes a long code and a request to contact support with an error UUID.

## Solution

1. Go to **Settings > Phones > Phone Numbers**.
2. Choose one of the affected phone numbers and click **Edit**.
3. Change the *Assign Number to target* to the call center that you want to move the number to and click **Save**.
4. Repeat steps 2-3 for each affected phone number.
