These include: - The visit is part of a series built from a visit template with a [minimum spacing relationship](/construction/docs/clone-set-up-minimum-spacing-between-visit-templates). You can't change the series' recurrence or visit window length. You can still edit an individual visit's window. - The visit is already booked into a job. - The job status is *Completed*. - The job invoice is not in *Pending* status. - The visit is marked as *Dismissed*. If you want to edit the visit, you can [detach the job](/construction/docs/service-agreements-dashboard-overview). This changes the visit status to *Unscheduled*, at which point you can edit it and rebook the job. > [!NOTE] > **Note:** If the job has already been worked and completed, you can't detach the visit from the job and the visit remains uneditable. ## Want to learn more? - Visit ServiceTitan Academy and enroll in [Creating & Managing Service Agreements](https://servicetitan.docebosaas.com/academy/learn/courses/242/Creating-&-Managing-Service-Agreements) - See [Manage Service Agreements Visits](/construction/docs/manage-service-agreements-visits) - See [Difference between a visit and a job](/construction/docs/difference-between-a-visit-and-a-job)
