Yes. You can assign different forms to specific appointments on a job. This lets you require different paperwork depending on what work is being done at each visit. #### How will technicians find forms on appointments? Forms display when a technician arrives at an appointment, similar to how they display when arriving at a job. #### Can I trigger and complete the same form for each appointment on a job, and if so, how? Yes. In **Settings** > **Forms**, add a trigger with the **Required** and **Trigger on all appointments** checkboxes selected. This ensures the form is triggered for every appointment on the job. #### Can I see which form for which appointment is completed? No. Currently, you cannot see which form corresponds to which appointment. #### Can I set up a weekly vehicle checklist that triggers automatically outside of jobs in the Content Portal? No, you can't. However, you can use technician forms as an alternative. For more information, see [Add technician forms in ServiceTitan Mobile](/construction/docs/add-technician-forms-in-servicetitan-mobile) and [Trigger technician forms.](/construction/docs/trigger-technician-forms) #### How do you track forms on each job? [Create a project](/construction/docs/manage-projects) and book a different job for each day of work. Forms cannot be triggered on each appointment. ## Want to learn more? - See [Create a form in ServiceTitan](/construction/docs/create-a-form-in-servicetitan-1) - See [Add technician forms in ServiceTitan Mobile](/construction/docs/add-technician-forms-in-servicetitan-mobile) The main scheduling and dispatching view in ServiceTitan showing all jobs, technicians, and appointment times in a grid or map layout. **What it does:** Gives dispatchers a real-time view of the day's work to manually assign, drag-and-drop, or adjust job assignments. **Also called:** Schedule board, Dispatch view **Tags:** Core [See the full glossary →](https://help.servicetitan.com/docs/glossary-overview)
