# Technicians aren't auto-arriving to jobs in ServiceTitan Mobile

## Problem

Your technicians aren't auto-arriving to jobs through ServiceTitan.

## Solution

### Workflows to Resolution

1. Check if Auto-Arrive is enabled:
  1.   2. Check if *Native* is listed as an active GPS Provider. This guide assumes it's enabled.   3. 2. Ensure GPS is enabled on technicians' devices:
  1. Ask your technicians to open their device settings.
  2. Have them [follow the steps to find and turn on GPS and location access on their mobile devices](/construction/docs/enable-native-gps-access-for-servicetitan-mobile-2#enable-gps-access-on-mobile-devices).
3. Set location accuracy to **Always**:
  1. Ask your technicians to open the ServiceTitan app settings on their devices.
  2. Instruct them to change location accuracy to **Always** or **All the time**.

> [!NOTE]
> **Note:** This setting allows ServiceTitan to use technicians' locations even when the app is not open.
4. Check GPS pings in ServiceTitan:
  1. In ServiceTitan, go back to **Settings**![A simple icon representing a settings gear. ](https://cdn.document360.io/961862ab-d0f2-4d91-bb62-a62ee8184eff/Images/Documentation/icon-gnav-settings-inactive.png?sv=2026-02-06&spr=https&st=2026-10-31T01%3A51%3A03Z&se=2026-10-31T02%3A51%3A03Z&sr=c&sp=r&sig=07Ca%2BPUx0TpyOK9SbKdSqOGVJ%2BaELNQE3UFFzsNJHxo%3D)**> Integrations > GPS**.
  2. Check to see if technicians' locations are updating as expected.
5. Test the auto-arrive feature:
  1. Have a technician approach a job site.
  2. Check if ServiceTitan automatically marks them as *Arrived*.

By following these steps, your technicians should auto-arrive at job sites without needing to do anything manually.

**What it does:** Eliminates manual check-ins and keeps dispatchers informed of tech location in real time.
