Use this report to view technician activity, job status, invoice total, and more. --- ### #### Who uses this feature - Administrators and managers - Applies to all business types ## Things to know - Data in this report is based on the date of the timesheet activity. - The Technician Dispatch Report and the Technician Dispatch Summary Report both provide the same information, with minor differences: - **Signature boxes:** The Technician Dispatch Summary Report does not include signature boxes. The Technician Dispatch Report does include signature boxes. - **Payment totals:** The Technician Dispatch Summary Report provides totals of all payments, by technician. The Technician Dispatch Report includes totals by payment type broken out by payment type, by technician. ## Find the report The Technician Dispatch Report is a legacy report. To find it: 1. Go to the navigation bar and click **Reports**. 2. This report can be run by a single technician or all technicians. - **Business Unit:** Filter by business unit of the technician. This report can be run by a single business unit or all business units. - **Date Range:** Filter by date range of the timesheet activity. This is the *Bill To* customer on the invoice. | | --- | --- | | **Date** | Dispatch/arrival date. Date the technician was dispatched and arrived at the job. | | **Job #** | Job number. | | **Dispatched** | Time the technician was dispatched to the job, on the dispatch/arrival date. | | **Arrived** | Time the technician arrived at the job, on the dispatch/arrival date. | | **Closed** | Time the job was completed, or the time the technician finished work for the day, on the dispatch/arrival date. | | --- | --- | | **Status** | Current job status. | | **Inv. #** | Invoice number. This is the invoice attached to the job. | | **Total** | Invoice total. This total includes tax. | | **Payments** | Customer payments made on the invoice. - If more than one payment is made on the invoice, all payments will be listed here. | ## Payment totals Below each technician section, you see all customer payments made on invoices listed under the technician. These include the total customer payments for that payment type.
