# Technician cannot access Contact Details on a job

## Problem

The problem is that technicians don't see the *Contact Details* section on their *Job* screen in ServiceTitan Mobile.

## Solution

For the technician to see the *Contact Details* section on their *Job* screen, enable the *Customer Record* and *Location Record* permissions.

#### Enable permissions

1. 2. 3. On the *Edit Technician* screen, click the **Permissions** tab.
4. Enable the **View Customer Record** and **View Location Record** permissions.

#### Enable Mobile Settings

1. 2. In the *Data Access Options* section, ensure **Customer Record** and **Location Record** options are enabled.
