# Targets Overview in Convex

## Overview

Targets serves as your centralized work center for prospecting, allowing you to organize and manage prospecting lists across properties, contacts, companies, and signals, streamlining them into a single, simplified workflow.

## Overview of Targets

Go to the **Navigation Panel > Targets**. The *Targets* screen opens, and it has the following sections:

#### Quick Filters

Shows the targets in an easy-access order. It includes these filters:

- **My Targets**: All targets that are assigned to you.
- **My New Targets**: All targets assigned to you in the last 5 days.
- **Me In Progress**: All targets assigned to you that have an open status.
- **My Closed Won**: All targets assigned to you that have been qualified.
- **My Closed Lost**: All targets assigned to you that have been disqualified.
- **Recently Updated**: All targets that have been updated in the last 5 days.
- **All**: All targets in your organization.
- **Non-List Targets:** Targets that are not part of a *List*.

#### Lists

Shows all the target lists in your organization. Here you can:

- Use **Search** to look for the list.
- Click **Sort** to organize lists by *Name* or *Last Activity*.
- Click **+Add List** to create a new list.

#### Table

Shows the selected target list. It includes the following columns:

- **Target Name**: Click the name to open the *Target drawer* that shows details about the target, such as *Companies, Properties,* and *Activity Logs*.
- **Assignee**: Employee who is assigned to the target. Click the field to assign an employee from the list.
- **Last Activity:** Most recent interaction associated with a target.
- **Leads:** Contact associated with the target.

- **Properties**: Property associated with the target.
- **Company Sites:** Company site associated with the target.

## Perform actions

Manage your table of targets by performing these actions. After selecting the targets, the *Actions menu* appears. Here you can:

- **Update Assignee**: Select an employee you want to assign to the target. When finished, click **Apply**.
- **Update Status**: Select a status for the target from the list. When finished, click **Apply**.
- **Move to List**: Select another list or create a new one to move the selected targets.
- **Remove**: Removes the target from the list.
- **Select All**: Selects all targets in a list.
- **Clear**: Clears selected targets.
