Adding warehouses helps you manage the inventory in your physical warehouse. Adding trucks helps you manage your fleet and inventory items on each truck. --- ### #### Who uses this feature - Administrators and office employees > [!NOTE] > **Note:** If these instructions don't work for you, you may still be using the previous version of this feature. See [Set up your account for truck inventory replenishment](/construction/docs/set-up-your-account-for-truck-inventory-replenishment) for more information about that version. ## Things to know - If you only have the *Purchasing* module enabled, the **Inventory** section under *Settings* is renamed **Purchasing**. - Before you add any trucks, you need to add at least one warehouse. All trucks need to be tied to a warehouse. If a truck does not have a warehouse assigned to it, you will be unable to create purchase orders associated with that truck. - You can't assign one technician to multiple trucks, however you can assign multiple technicians to one truck. ## Add warehouses 1.
