Use the *Remaining Visits* list to see details about upcoming visits. If a job is ready to book, click **Book Job** under the *Job #* or use the *Actions* menu. ![](https://cdn.document360.io/961862ab-d0f2-4d91-bb62-a62ee8184eff/Images/Documentation/service-agreements-dashboard-overview-image-hx26gt05.png?sv=2026-02-06&spr=https&st=2026-10-31T02%3A37%3A48Z&se=2026-10-31T03%3A37%3A48Z&sr=c&sp=r&sig=WMqV%2BhNuhzZgEONBO1XgtuIm5%2BBd9XtrzxsvoSy3PT8%3D) If the work for a visit was already completed on a job that exists, click **Actions > Attach to Existing Job** and select the job. This credits the visit to that job instead of booking a duplicate one. For more, see [Attach service agreement visits to existing jobs](/construction/docs/attach-service-agreement-visits-to-an-existing-job). > [!NOTE] > **Note:** A job that is already linked to a service agreement as *Pull-Through Work* can't also fulfill a visit, so it isn't available to attach. If you no longer need a visit, click **Actions > Dismiss Visit**. > [!NOTE] > **Note:** If a visit is associated with a job, it can't be dismissed. On an agreement that uses *Time of Service* billing with *Immediate* revenue recognition, dismissing a visit generates an invoice. You can't undo the dismissal afterward. ![remaining visits with options to book, dismiss, or delete visits.](https://cdn.document360.io/961862ab-d0f2-4d91-bb62-a62ee8184eff/Images/Documentation/service-agreements-dashboard-overview-image-l6bxohcz.png?sv=2026-02-06&spr=https&st=2026-10-31T02%3A37%3A48Z&se=2026-10-31T03%3A37%3A48Z&sr=c&sp=r&sig=WMqV%2BhNuhzZgEONBO1XgtuIm5%2BBd9XtrzxsvoSy3PT8%3D) If you need to delete a visit, click **Actions > Delete Visit**. ![](https://cdn.document360.io/961862ab-d0f2-4d91-bb62-a62ee8184eff/Images/Documentation/service-agreements-dashboard-overview-image-5nnz90ex.png?sv=2026-02-06&spr=https&st=2026-10-31T02%3A37%3A48Z&se=2026-10-31T03%3A37%3A48Z&sr=c&sp=r&sig=WMqV%2BhNuhzZgEONBO1XgtuIm5%2BBd9XtrzxsvoSy3PT8%3D) > [!TIP] > **Tip: Dismiss versus Delete** > > - If you are not performing a visit that was committed to, but you don't want to alter the agreement or price that the customer pays for the service agreement, you should dismiss the visit. This marks the visit as complete, recognizes the revenue, and doesn't alter the scope of work. > - On a *Time of Service* agreement set to *Immediate* revenue recognition, it also generates an invoice. > - If you want to alter the agreed-upon visit schedule, you should delete the visit. This completely removes the visit from the agreement and alters the scope of work. Deleting a visit allows you to alter the active agreement without needing to cancel it and create a new agreement for the customer. If you need to remove a visit from a job, click **Actions > Detach job**. > [!NOTE] > **Note:** You can't detach a visit from a completed job. ![User interface displaying remaining visits with options to detach, dismiss, or delete jobs.](https://cdn.document360.io/961862ab-d0f2-4d91-bb62-a62ee8184eff/Images/Documentation/service-agreements-dashboard-overview-image-gri0zo8v.png?sv=2026-02-06&spr=https&st=2026-10-31T02%3A37%3A48Z&se=2026-10-31T03%3A37%3A48Z&sr=c&sp=r&sig=WMqV%2BhNuhzZgEONBO1XgtuIm5%2BBd9XtrzxsvoSy3PT8%3D) The *Billing Status* section shows the amount billed, the remaining amount to be billed, the billing schedule, and the next billing date. On an agreement that uses *Time of Service* billing with *Immediate* revenue recognition, the invoice generated when you dismiss a visit counts toward the amount billed, so the agreement can reach 100% billed. ![](https://cdn.document360.io/961862ab-d0f2-4d91-bb62-a62ee8184eff/Images/Documentation/service-agreements-dashboard-overview-image-9c43wehf.png?sv=2026-02-06&spr=https&st=2026-10-31T02%3A37%3A48Z&se=2026-10-31T03%3A37%3A48Z&sr=c&sp=r&sig=WMqV%2BhNuhzZgEONBO1XgtuIm5%2BBd9XtrzxsvoSy3PT8%3D) ## Want to learn more? - Visit ServiceTitan Academy and enroll in [Creating & Managing Service Agreements](https://servicetitan.docebosaas.com/academy/learn/courses/242/Creating-&-Managing-Service-Agreements) - See [Service agreement management overview](/construction/docs/service-agreement-management-overview) - See [Unable to edit a visit](/construction/docs/unable-to-edit-a-visit) - See [Manage service agreement billing and invoices](/construction/docs/manage-service-agreement-billing-and-invoices)
