# Send shipment from vendors to technician’s address using Line Items on POs

## Overview

Ship purchase order (PO) items directly from a vendor to a technician's home by selecting the technician's address as the *Ship To Address* on the PO. This eliminates the need for technicians to go to the warehouse or office to pick up a shipment for a job or replenishment.

## Send a shipment using Line Items on POs

1. Go to the navigation bar and click **Invoice**.
2. On the side menu, click **Purchase Ordering**.
3. 4. Click the PO for the items you want to ship directly to a technician's address. The *Purchase order details* fly-out opens.
5. 6. Under *Ship to Address*, select **Technician Address**.

> **Note:** The technicians listed in the PO line item have their addresses listed. If there are no technicians or more than two technicians listed in line item PO, then you can't select a technician's address for shipment. To update a technician's address, see [Add and manage office employee profiles](/construction/docs/add-and-manage-office-employee-profiles).

7. When you're done, click **Save**.
