# Send PO notifications to technicians using Truck Replenishment

## Overview

Send a text message or email to your technicians to notify them of shipment pick up details.

#### Who uses this feature

- Managers, purchasing team, and technicians
- Account configuration is required to use this feature. To update your account, please contact your success or implementation manager for details.
- This feature can be used with Truck Replenishment.

## Send a notification to your technician

1. Go to the navigation bar and click **Invoice**.
2. In the side menu, click **Truck Replenishment**.
3. 4. Select the PO for which you want to send a notification. The *Purchase order details* flyout opens.
5. Click **Notify Technician**.

> **Note:** This button is enabled only if a technician is assigned to the PO.

6. Select how you want to notify your technician:
  1. Send Text
  2. 7. In the *Instructions for Technicians* field enter instructions for your technician.
8. When you're done, click **Send Notification**.
