Go to the *Website* section of your website from your Squarespace dashboard to go to the Squarespace website editor. ![Website layout showcasing services offered by Jefferson Mechanical with contact information.](https://cdn.document360.io/961862ab-d0f2-4d91-bb62-a62ee8184eff/Images/Documentation/scheduling-pro-onboarding-part-4-install-scheduling-pro-on-your-website-image-rhybsgau.png?sv=2026-02-06&spr=https&st=2026-10-31T01%3A47%3A03Z&se=2026-10-31T02%3A47%3A03Z&sr=c&sp=r&sig=DfWqOIv0yHNkXweCcdP6zYcRPDfrZWpOJpP%2FNWHPqFI%3D) 2. From **Websites > Pages**, go to **Utilities > Website Tools > Code Injection**. This opens a panel that allows you to add custom code throughout your site in the header, footer, or optional *Lock Screen* section of your website. 3. Add the code from Step 1 of your Scheduling Pro install instructions to the *Header* section: > [!NOTE] > **Note:** You can add `data-auto-open="true"` to this script to automatically open the scheduler on page load. > [!NOTE] > **Note:** There are two values, data-api-key and data-schedulerid, that you need to replace using the instructions from Scheduling Pro self-onboarding. In step 1 of those install instructions, take ktfkou4sui7i45ktmfdo0r7p and replace the first COPY FROM YOUR INSTALL INSTRUCTIONS IN SCHEDULING PRO. Next, replace the second COPY FROM YOUR INSTALL INSTRUCTIONS IN SCHEDULING PRO with sched_l8hjdpp8pvzraczfuikd31ep. 4. After installing the main scheduler script, you need to build a button that calls the scheduler. Click the page that you want to add the scheduler to and click **Edit**. This opens the page editor. You have two options to install your button: 1. Use custom code (recommended): Use this option if you are comfortable with styling and positioning your button with code. 1. Hover over the section where you want to add the button and click the **Add Block** option. 2. From here, select the *Code* option. This opens a code block where you can add your own custom scripting. 1. Add the following code to the block, replacing the placeholder value with your own scheduling ID from your install instructions: > [!NOTE] > **Note:** In this setup, the styling, color, and positioning of the button are entirely up to you and controlled through the code you use. You can move or update this button however you want and save the changes to your site. *![A webpage section showcasing services with a prominent 'Book Now' button.](https://cdn.document360.io/961862ab-d0f2-4d91-bb62-a62ee8184eff/Images/Documentation/scheduling-pro-onboarding-part-4-install-scheduling-pro-on-your-website-image-v6v026ac.png?sv=2026-02-06&spr=https&st=2026-10-31T01%3A47%3A03Z&se=2026-10-31T02%3A47%3A03Z&sr=c&sp=r&sig=DfWqOIv0yHNkXweCcdP6zYcRPDfrZWpOJpP%2FNWHPqFI%3D)* 2. Use a quick link to a button: Use this option if you aren’t comfortable with styling and positioning your button with code. 1. Either click **Add Block** and create a new button, or select an existing button on your page and click the link button to edit the URL. 2. Add the following link, replacing the placeholder “www.example.com” with the exact address for this page: [ht](https://example.com/?se_action=eyJ0eXBlIjoic2Utc2hvdy1tb2RhbCJ9)[tps://example.com/?se_action=eyJ0eXBlIjoic2Utc2hvdy1tb2RhbCJ9](https://example.com/?se_action=eyJ0eXBlIjoic2Utc2hvdy1tb2RhbCJ9) > [!NOTE] > **Note:** This isn’t recommended if you are able to use the custom code option. This option reloads the page, which can cause issues with capturing lead source data on jobs booked through your scheduler. 3. In Scheduling Pro, make sure that your website’s URL is added to the *Website* section in *Scheduler Details*. This is very important because your scheduler won’t load properly on your website if these are not listed. 5. Publish the changes to your site and, when you click your button, you should now see the scheduler open on your site. You can also share the direct link used in Option B for the button with your customers to let them directly access online scheduling. ## Option 5: Install scheduler with GoDaddy ### Install the scheduler 1. Click **Edit website** on websites.godaddy.com or any other method you use to access GoDaddy Website Builder. 2. On the *Edit site* page, click **Add section**. 3. On the panel that pops up, select **Files & Web** **> HTML** so you can add custom code to your site. 4. When the new section is created, click it and select **Custom code**. 5. Copy and paste the following code into that section: > [!NOTE] > **Note**: You can add `data-auto-open="true"` to this script to automatically open the scheduler on page load. > [!NOTE] > **Note:** There are two values, “data-api-key” and “data-schedulerid”, that you need to replace using the instructions from Scheduling Pro self-onboarding. In Step 1 of those install instructions, you should take the string of letters that looks like “ktfkou4sui7i45ktmfdo0r7p” and replace the first “COPY FROM YOUR INSTALL INSTRUCTIONS IN SCHEDULING PRO”. Next, replace the second “COPY FROM YOUR INSTALL INSTRUCTIONS IN SCHEDULING PRO” with the following string of letters “sched_l8hjdpp8pvzraczfuikd31ep”. ### Build the scheduler button After installing the scheduler script, you need to build your scheduler button. There are two ways to build it. #### Option 1: Use a prebuilt button This is a good option if you are not as familiar with coding and want something simple. 1. Click **Add Section** again on your site. 2. Select **General > Buttons**. 3. After you add the section, click the button to see options in the side panel. Make sure the action for the button is set to **Link to a website URL** and paste the following: yourwebsiteaddress.com/?se_action=eyJ0eXBlIjoic2Utc2hvdy1tb2RhbCJ9 #### Option 2: Use custom code This is a good option if you are comfortable with styling and positioning your button with code. 1. Click **Add Section** again on your site. 2. Select **Files & Web > HTML** again. 3. When the new section is created, click on it to see several options appear in the side panel. 4. Click **Custom code** and copy the following into the new section: > [!NOTE] > **Note:** In this setup, the styling, color, positioning, etc. of the button are entirely up to you and controlled through the code you use. ### Finalize scheduler details 1. In Scheduling Pro, make sure that both your website address and [https://websites.godaddy.com](https://websites.godaddy.com) are added to the *Website* section in *Scheduler Details*. This is very important because your scheduler won’t load properly on your website if these aren’t listed. 2. Publish the changes to your site and, when your button is clicked, you should now see the scheduler open on your site. You can also share the direct link used in Option 1 for the button with your customers to let them directly access online scheduling. ## ## Option 6: Install scheduler with Duda 1. Ensure your website is connected to an active domain like www.companyname.com. 2. In your Duda Dashboard on the *Sites* screen, find the website you would like to edit. 3. Click **Edit** to enter the Duda Site Editor. ![Site list interface showing published site and options for management and integration.](https://cdn.document360.io/961862ab-d0f2-4d91-bb62-a62ee8184eff/Images/Documentation/scheduling-pro-onboarding-part-4-install-scheduling-pro-on-your-website-image-vpfjgz0j.png?sv=2026-02-06&spr=https&st=2026-10-31T01%3A47%3A03Z&se=2026-10-31T02%3A47%3A03Z&sr=c&sp=r&sig=DfWqOIv0yHNkXweCcdP6zYcRPDfrZWpOJpP%2FNWHPqFI%3D) 4. Identify the *body* section of your page, right-click it, and select **Edit HTML/CSS**. 5. Copy and paste your first snippet of scheduler code from self-onboarding anywhere into the body. This code should look something like this: 6. Create a button/CTA to launch your scheduler from **Widgets > Button** and place it on your website. 7. Right-click the button and select **Edit HTML/CSS.** ![HTML code snippet showing plumbing service information and scheduling options.](https://cdn.document360.io/961862ab-d0f2-4d91-bb62-a62ee8184eff/Images/Documentation/scheduling-pro-onboarding-part-4-install-scheduling-pro-on-your-website-image-dnf5ijcp.png?sv=2026-02-06&spr=https&st=2026-10-31T01%3A47%3A03Z&se=2026-10-31T02%3A47%3A03Z&sr=c&sp=r&sig=DfWqOIv0yHNkXweCcdP6zYcRPDfrZWpOJpP%2FNWHPqFI%3D) 8. Modify the button to include the appropriate onclick from the second snippet of scheduler code from self-onboarding, which should look something like this: 9. When you finish styling and positioning your button, click **Publish** or **Republish**. > [!NOTE] > **Note:** You can add `data-auto-open="true"` to this script to automatically open the scheduler on page load. The scheduler should now open on your site. If you are still having issues, make sure that both pieces of code are added correctly, your scheduler ID and API key are correct, and make sure that your site is whitelisted in Scheduling Pro self-onboarding under *Scheduler Details*. It’s recommended to include both example.com and www.example.com versions on your whitelisted websites. If your issue persists, please reach out to the Scheduling Pro support team at [schedulingpro@servicetitan.com](mailto:schedulingpro@servicetitan.com). ## Option 7: Install scheduler with Quick Install The *Quick Install* option offers a simple way to integrate our scheduler into your website with minimal coding. This method directs customers to a dedicated page where the scheduler is hosted, making it ideal for situations where integrating the scheduler directly into your site proves challenging. However, it may impact your ability to capture detailed attribution data. To quickly set up online booking with little to no code: - Copy the provided quick link. - Add it as a button on your website. ![Instructions for installing the Jefferson Mechanical Scheduler on a website with a link.](https://cdn.document360.io/961862ab-d0f2-4d91-bb62-a62ee8184eff/Images/Documentation/scheduling-pro-onboarding-part-4-install-scheduling-pro-on-your-website-image-rl6wa372.png?sv=2026-02-06&spr=https&st=2026-10-31T01%3A47%3A03Z&se=2026-10-31T02%3A47%3A03Z&sr=c&sp=r&sig=DfWqOIv0yHNkXweCcdP6zYcRPDfrZWpOJpP%2FNWHPqFI%3D) ## ## Option 8: Generate a Direct Link When you configure your Scheduling Pro settings, you can share direct links with your customers through marketing materials or communications that immediately open the scheduler when they’re clicked. 1. On the *Success!* screen, go to **Direct Link** and set or remove any of the following fields: 1. **Whitelisted Website** (required) 2. **Trade** 3. **Job Type** 4. **Zip/Postal Code** 5. **Schedule Date** 6. **Time Slot** 7. **Source Tracking**: Source Tracking makes it easier to create direct links with UTM parameters or prefilled campaigns directly within ServiceTitan, helping you capture attribution more efficiently across sources. 1. **Campaign:** Select an existing campaign to reference in the link. > [!NOTE] > **Note:** If you use Marketing Pro Ads, the integration will automatically assign the campaign when the job reaches ServiceTitan, making manual selection ineffective and not recommended, as it will be overridden. 2. Or manually enter the following fields: 1. **Affiliate** 2. **UTM Ad Group** 3. **UTM Campaign** 4. **UTM Content** 5. **UTM Medium** 6. **UTM Source** 7. **UTM Term** 2. Click **Generate Link** to create a direct link for your scheduler. 3. Click **Copy Link**. 4. When finished, click **Finish**. When you’re done and have installed the scheduler with one of the options, click **Finish.** ## FAQ --- ### #### **After reviewing the scheduler and going through the website install of my widget, why is the scheduler not showing up on my site?** 1. Check your whitelisted websites in the *Scheduler Details* section of the self-onboarding flow, including any testing or staging site. 2. Check that you have a **CTA** button to launch the scheduler. 3. Check that your general embed script is installed correctly. 4. The scheduler does not appear as a static element on your site. It will only launch with a CTA or direct link and then appear as an overlay on your page.
