This allows you, the office, and your customer to know why you made those recommendations on the estimate. For more, see [Show Residential or Commercial terms in the ServiceTitan Field Mobile App](/v1/docs/show-residential-or-commercial-terms). ## Step 1: Flag form questions as findings in the Field Mobile App As you complete forms, select the **Flag** icon to mark the question(s) you want to review with the customer later. Open your job (Residential) or Work Order (Commercial). 2. Tap the **Estimates** tab. 3. Tap the **estimate** you want to add the form findings to. 4. Tap **Add** next to *Findings*. 5. Open your job (Residential) or Work Order (Commercial). 2. Tap the **Estimates** tab. 3. Tap **Present Estimate**. 4.
