# Replace items on estimates and invoices in the ServiceTitan Field Mobile App

## Overview

Replace items on an estimate or invoice instead of deleting and manually re-adding them. This is more accurate and efficient because the item quantity remains the same.

## Things to know

- In Commercial terminology, jobs are referred to as work orders.

## Replace items on an invoice in the Field Mobile App

1. Open your job (Residential) or Work Order (Commercial) and:
  - If your default terminology is set to *Residential*, tap the **Invoice** tab.
  - If your default terminology is set to *Commercial*, tap the **Work Order** tab.
2. Scroll to the *Invoice/Work Order Items* section and tap **View**.
3. > **Note:** The *Replace* button is also available on an item's *Edit details* screen.
4. After you decide which item you want to replace the original item with, tap **Replace**.

The replacement item appears in the place of the original item. If needed, you can adjust the quantity.

## Replace items on an estimate in the Field Mobile App

1. Open your job (Residential) or Work Order (Commercial).
2. Tap the **Estimates** tab.
3. Tap the **estimate** for which you want to replace items.
4. 5. After you decide which item you want to replace the original item with, tap **Replace**.
