# Register for Texting Action Cancelled Error: Can't find the state XX

## Problem

Companies may run into the brand registration error "*Action Cancelled: Can't find the state XX*" in ServiceTitan when trying to register their company with TCR to enable texting. Follow the steps below to troubleshoot and resolve the error.

## Solution

### Enter state name

1. 2. 3. 4. Make sure all other company information is correct, and then click **Next** and finally **Submit**.
