# Project labels - FAQs

#### Can I assign more than one label to items?

Yes, you can add multiple labels to items.

> **Note:** The *Budget vs Actuals* table uses the first label applied for budget vs actual expenses and billed on the project record.

#### What can project labels be assigned to?

Project labels can be assigned to job types, invoices, estimates, estimate items, invoice items, services, materials, equipment, and purchase orders.
