Click on **Settings > Inventory > Templates** 2. Find the inventory template for the truck you want to add an item to. If the truck does not have a specific template, you may need to [create a new one](/construction/docs/create-and-edit-inventory-templates). 3. Add the item to the inventory list within the template. Include the part number. 4. Set the minimum and maximum quantity for the item. This helps in triggering replenishment. 5. When finished, click **Save**. This action updates the inventory list for the truck and will trigger future replenishment. If replenishment is needed immediately, you can [create a transfer](/construction/docs/create-edit-and-copy-inventory-transfers-1) and either select a warehouse as a replenishment source or a vendor as the replenishment source, which will create a Purchase Order (PO).
