Please contact the account administrator on your team to ensure you have permission to use your email address. ## Things to know - For some businesses, technicians handle correspondence with customers and use their business email to send customers invoices and estimates. - You can email an invoice or estimate only for the job where you are currently shown as arrived. - You can configure your account so technicians can view customer delivery options. For details, contact your support or success manager. ## Print an invoice or estimate 1. From the *Dashboard*, go to the job you want. > [!TIP] > **Tip:** If it's a past job, tap ***History*** in the side menu. 2. Follow the steps to print: 1. On the *Invoice* screen, tap **Actions** > **Print**. 2. Follow your device's prompts to complete the printing. > [!NOTE] > **Note:** If a payment was made on an estimate, the estimate displays three totals: *Sub-total*, *Total Due*, and *Balance Due*. In the *Dashboard*, go to the current job. 2. After you add the recipients, you can save the email to the customer or Location Record. > [!NOTE] > **Note:** If you email the invoice, you can view the customer's preferred *Invoice and Statement Delivery* method. 6. If a customer wants to estimate copies, technicians can [email estimates](/construction/docs/print-or-email-an-invoice-or-estimate-in-servicetitan-mobile) directly from ServiceTitan Mobile. Technicians can also [print estimates](/construction/docs/print-or-email-an-invoice-or-estimate-in-servicetitan-mobile) from ServiceTitan Mobile if they have access to a printer. In ServiceTitan Mobile, tap into the job. Tap **Estimates** from the left menu. Tap into the desired estimate.
