For more, see [System requirements and mobile app information](/v1/docs/system-requirements). - If you're using the Field Mobile App and need support, please contact [Technical Support](http://go.servicetitan.com/ask) (through the office) or reach out directly to [support@servicetitan.com](mailto:support@servicetitan.com). - The *Send emails from technician email address* permission is required to email invoices to customers. Open the job (Residential) or Work Order (Commercial) and: - If your default terminology is set to *Residential*, tap the **Invoice** tab. - If your default terminology is set to *Commercial*, tap the **Work Order** tab. 2. Open the job (Residential) or Work Order (Commercial) and: - If your default terminology is set to *Residential*, tap the **Invoice** tab. - If your default terminology is set to *Commercial*, tap the **Work Order** tab. 2. If you want the customer to receive the email from your email address, select **Send from my email**. > [!NOTE] > **Note:** The *Send emails from technician email address* permission is needed to use this function. 4. Tap **Add contacts** to select the email addresses you want to send the invoice to. > [!TIP] > **Tip:** Select **Add new contact** to add additional email addresses. 5.
