# Why does photo upload to a job freeze on loading on the office side?

## Problem

When trying to upload multiple photos to a job, the process locks up and shows *Loading* continuously.

## Solution

1. Open your web browser.
2. Go to the browser settings. This can vary by browser. Look for three dots or lines in the corner of your browser window.
3. Find the option for **Clear browsing data** or **Clear cache**. This might be under *Privacy and Security*.
4. Select to clear cached images and files. You might see options for how far back to clear.

> **Tip:** Select **All time** to clear everything.
5. Close the settings.
6. Open a new tab in your browser.
7. Go back to ServiceTitan and try uploading photos to a job again.
