# Phone Number Goes Busy Every Time Dialed

## Problem

The phone number 555-555-5555 goes busy every time it is dialed. The number is listed as a tracking number, but it is not assigned anywhere in DialPad. The issue occurs because the system does not know where to send the calls.

## Solution

1. Go to ServiceTitan **Settings > Phones Pro > Phone Numbers**.
2. Find the number that is not working and hover over and then click **Edit**.
3. Locate the **Assign Number to Target** drop down menu and select the target you want the number assigned to.
4. Test the number to make sure it is working.
