Go to the navigation bar and click **Settings** ![](https://cdn.document360.io/961862ab-d0f2-4d91-bb62-a62ee8184eff/Images/Documentation/offer-service-finance-loans-to-customers-through-online-estimates-image-qfy498ip.png?sv=2026-02-06&spr=https&st=2026-10-31T01%3A50%3A46Z&se=2026-10-31T02%3A50%3A46Z&sr=c&sp=r&sig=jHW0FHZncwnv5zG79wZ1EhCHWyUu3EU8BE67wMyPLpQ%3D). 2. In the side panel, click Integrations > Financing. This opens the Financing page with 3 tabs: **Providers**, **Settings**, and **Pre-qualifications**. 3. Click the **Settings** tab. 4. In the **Presentation** section (Configure how financing is displayed to customers), check **Allow customers to apply for financing through online estimates**. ![Settings page for financing options, highlighting preferred providers and presentation types.](https://cdn.document360.io/961862ab-d0f2-4d91-bb62-a62ee8184eff/Images/Documentation/Show estimated financing.png?sv=2026-02-06&spr=https&st=2026-10-31T01%3A50%3A46Z&se=2026-10-31T02%3A50%3A46Z&sr=c&sp=r&sig=jHW0FHZncwnv5zG79wZ1EhCHWyUu3EU8BE67wMyPLpQ%3D) 5. Once checked, an **Online Estimates Provider** drop-down appears — select which financing provider (for example, *ServiceFinance*) should be used for the Online Estimates flow. 6. Click **Save**. This same Settings tab also includes **Preferred Provider** (the default financing provider used to calculate estimated monthly price) and **Second-Look Provider** (a backup provider offered to customers declined by your primary provider), plus a **Presentation Type** choice (Lead with total price / Lead with monthly payment / Only display total price / Only display monthly payment) that controls what customers see when applying for financing in ServiceTitan Mobile — these are separate from the Online Estimates setting above but live on the same page. Once enabled, the Service Finance integration is automatically included on all estimates accessed through the Online Estimates Portal. ## Invite customers to complete the Service Finance application You can invite customers by emailing them a link to view their estimates online — this can be done from both the mobile and office versions of ServiceTitan. See [Use Online Estimates](/construction/docs/use-online-estimates). ## Online estimates workflow 1. Send an Estimate email to the customer with a link to the Online Estimates Portal. - On the estimate page, the customer sees the proposal, total price, an estimated monthly payment (for example, "Est. monthly payment of $130.21/mo for 60 mo"), and **Apply for Financing** and **Financing Terms** links. - If the customer is already pre-qualified, a banner reading "You're pre-qualified for up to $[amount]" appears with a **Continue to Credit Application** button to speed through the full application. - When ready, the customer clicks **Sign & Accept Estimate** to accept the estimate, or Apply for Financing to finance it first![](https://cdn.document360.io/961862ab-d0f2-4d91-bb62-a62ee8184eff/Images/Documentation/base64-converted-image-1787075463425.png?sv=2026-02-06&spr=https&st=2026-10-31T01%3A50%3A46Z&se=2026-10-31T02%3A50%3A46Z&sr=c&sp=r&sig=jHW0FHZncwnv5zG79wZ1EhCHWyUu3EU8BE67wMyPLpQ%3D) 2. Customer clicks Apply for Financing; the *Apply for Financing with Service Finance* window opens showing the Desired Financed Amount (pre-filled from the estimate total, editable) and a Select a Plan screen. - Available plans display automatically based on the amount and the merchant's configured rules/rate sheets — for example, a lower-payment/deferred-interest plan and a fixed-rate plan — each showing minimum (and, where applicable, suggested) payment, term, max APR, and a plan description. - The customer clicks Select Plan on the plan they want. ![](https://cdn.document360.io/961862ab-d0f2-4d91-bb62-a62ee8184eff/Images/Documentation/base64-converted-image-1787075463428.png?sv=2026-02-06&spr=https&st=2026-10-31T01%3A50%3A46Z&se=2026-10-31T02%3A50%3A46Z&sr=c&sp=r&sig=jHW0FHZncwnv5zG79wZ1EhCHWyUu3EU8BE67wMyPLpQ%3D) 3.
