# Not receiving incoming calls for Phones Pro

## Problem

You are not receiving incoming calls and are not even hearing the phone ring.

## Solution

1. Check to see if you can receive calls to your direct number.
2. If you can, check to see if you are available in your contact center/department.
3. If you are not available, make yourself available and see if you get calls.
4. If you do not see the contact center/department you belong to, have an administrator add you back to the call center/department you belong to in Dialpad and see if you start receiving calls then.
