It provides a visual, customizable workspace where you can track prospecting, prioritize outreach, and monitor progress in a structured way. --- ### ****Who uses this feature**** - Managers, regional managers, representatives, and salespeople - Primarily for Commercial Service and Commercial Construction business types ****Feature configuration**** - Contact [marketing@convexlabs.io](mailto:marketing@convexlabs.io) to set up a demo and get more information about Convex. ## Create a status Boards are your To-Do space to track tasks you have set on a property. Your board is only visible to you. To access and create a status in Boards: 1. On the new column that appears, enter your status name. 4. For more on how to create a card, see [Create card](/construction/docs/create-cards-in-convex). ## Organize your board You can customize your board view to suit your workflow and stay organized.
