This helps save time and ensure consistency when managing multiple schedulers. --- ### #### Who uses this feature - Administrators, office employees, managers, dispatchers, and customer service representatives (CSRs) #### Feature configuration - Account configuration is required to use this feature. Please contact [Technical Support](http://go.servicetitan.com/ask) for details. ## Things to know - When importing from Schedule Engine, supported settings such as questions, campaigns, and tags are transfered, but unsupported formats and flows over four questions are skipped. - The feature doesn’t auto-configure your setup. You need to configure job type mappings, campaigns, Zones, tags, capacity and business unit settings to match your tenant. ## ## Use cases - Use the Import and Export feature to apply the same scheduler setup across multiple ServiceTitan accounts, saving time and ensuring consistency. ## ## Step 1: Export Scheduler Export the scheduler key from your existing scheduler to import it into another account. 1.
