This can cause confusion and inaccuracies in revenue reporting. ## Solution 1. Go to the navigation bar and click **Search**. 2. [Search](/construction/docs/use-search-in-servicetitan) for the job that needs to be marked as *No Charge/Non-Opportunity*. 3. Select the job you want to edit. 4. On the job record, click **Edit**. 5. On the *Edit Job* page that opens, select **No Charge/Non-Opportunity**. 6. Click **Save** to update the job. > [!NOTE] > **Note:** If you are selling an estimate from the office side, the original job will be marked as No Charge/Non-Opportunity automatically. > [!NOTE] > **Note:** If a tech was working on a job and found an opportunity to upsell, another job can be scheduled from that job. In this case, the first job should not be marked as No Charge/Non-Opportunity because it generated revenue.
