Administrators can monitor and manage these active sessions, enhancing security through real-time visibility and allowing for quick termination of suspicious or inactive logins. --- ### #### Who uses this feature - Administrators and technicians - Applies to all business types - Applies to all trades #### Feature configuration - This feature is currently in Private Preview and available for specific accounts. To update your account, please contact [Technical Support](http://go.servicetitan.com/ask) for details. ## Access user sessions For administrators: 1. In the side panel, go to **Security > Session Management**. 3. On the *Session Management* screen that opens, you can: 1. [Log out from all devices](/construction/docs/manage-multiple-sessions-for-technicians#log-out-from-all-devices) 3. [Lock user accounts](/construction/docs/manage-multiple-sessions-for-technicians#lock-user-accounts) 4. [Search and filter user sessions](/construction/docs/manage-multiple-sessions-for-technicians#search-and-filter-user-sessions) ## End user sessions End a single user session if needed for security or access control. 1. User 2. Date 3. Name 4. Time 5. Click **Apply** to confirm your selection. ## Close extra sessions **For technicians:** > [!NOTE] > **Note:** To continue using your device, please ensure that no more than two sessions are active at any given time. 1. Log into your device to close extra sessions. 2. If more than two sessions are open, you must close the extra ones: 1. To end the first session, click **End Session**.
