You can create your own templates or use templates made by ServiceTitan. You can also request a template if the available options don't meet your needs. --- ### #### Make sure you’re viewing the correct Marketing Pro content This article is for Marketing Pro. If you are using Marketing Pro v2, see [Manage Marketing Pro email templates](/v1/docs/manage-marketing-pro-email-templates) for content specific to your experience. You can check your version following these steps: 1. Please contact [Technical Support](/construction/docs/contact-servicetitan-technical-support) for details. ## Things to know - Email templates can be archived, unarchived, and cloned from the *Email Templates* screen. For more, see [Manage Marketing Pro functions](/v1/docs/manage-marketing-pro-functions). - You can't edit the email templates made by ServiceTitan, but you can edit a cloned ServiceTitan email template. - You can use the email templates created by ServiceTitan and by you with all your Email Campaigns. ## Overview of the Email Templates dashboard 1. You can filter by: - **Created by:** Show templates created by you, ServiceTitan, or both. - **Featured:** Show templates you've marked as a favorite, are new, or have been used in recent campaigns. - **Tags:** Show templates you've tagged. - **Campaign type:** Show templates by the campaign type. Campaign types include unsold estimates, idle accounts, expiring memberships, and others. For more on campaign types, see [Create email campaigns](/v1/docs/create-email-templates-1). - **Trades:** Show templates for one or more trades. - **Search templates**: By name, who created it, campaign type, or trade. - **Sort templates**: By most recent, alphabetical, or most used template. - **Request a template**: If there aren't any email templates available for your chosen filters or search, a link will appear allowing you to request a new email template that fits your needs. ## Create email templates 1. On the *Marketing* screen, click **Email Templates**. 3. Click **Create new** to add a new email template. On the *Marketing* screen, click **Email Templates**. 3. Depending on the status of the email template, you can edit, preview, clone, or archive a template. You can also add an email template to your favorites list. 1. In *Email Templates*, find the template you want and click **Edit**. The *Configure Email Template* screen opens. > [!NOTE] > **Note:** *For card view mode, hover over the template to see the* ***Edit*** *button, then click* ***Edit****.* 2. Edit your content as needed. Click **Edit**. 2. On the *Configure Email Template* screen that opens, click the **Actions** dropdown then select **Preview**. Search and filter for a template that matches what you are looking for. 2. Describe the goals you have for the template. When finished, click **Submit**. The new template will be available in the templates catalog as soon as our team builds it. ## View, clone, archive, and unarchive email templates 1. On the *Marketing* screen, click **Email Templates**. 3.
