For more, see [System requirements and mobile app information](/v1/docs/system-requirements). - If you're using the Field Mobile App and need support, please contact [Technical Support](http://go.servicetitan.com/ask) (through the office) or reach out directly to [support@servicetitan.com](mailto:support@servicetitan.com). - The *View location record* permission is required to see and use all details on the *Location Info* tab in the Field Mobile App. Please contact the account administrator on your team. ## Things to know In Commercial terminology, jobs are referred to as work orders. - When uploading files, keep in mind: - **Maximum file size:** 250 MB per file - **Total upload limit:** 1 TB per batch - **Number of files:** Unlimited - You can upload the following file types: .avi, .jpg, .jpeg, .gif, .png, .webp, .3gp, .rup, .dng, .heic, .heif, .tif, .tiff, .jfif, .pdf, .mov, .mp4, .doc, .xls, .docx, .xlsx, .ppt, .pptx, .mp3, .htm, .html, .vcf, .txt, .xml, .csv, .smil, .msg, .eml, .mhtml, .dwg, .dxf, .ifc, .rvt, .nwd, and .sdr. ## View location-related documents and media in the Field Mobile App 1. Open the job (Residential) or Work Order (Commercial) and tap the **Location Info** tab. 2. Open the job (Residential) or Work Order (Commercial) and tap the **Location Info** tab. 2. Scroll to the *Documents* section and tap **View All**. 3.
