This hub allows feature gates to be enabled and disabled across dozens or hundreds of tenants instantly, ensuring standardization and saving time by eliminating the need for manual workflows. --- ### #### Who uses this feature - Owners, general managers, administrators, and centralized call center representatives (CSRs) - Applies to all business types - Applies to all trades #### Feature configuration - This feature requires an Enterprise Hub network. Contact your Customer Success Manager to request a network or contact [technical support](https://go.servicetitan.com/#/ask) for details. ## Things to know - On Demand configurations can be activated or deactivated immediately. By Request configurations are more complex and require ServiceTitan Support to review them before they can be activated or deactivated. - For By Request configurations, support tickets will be generated for updating all tenant accounts with packages that support the selected feature. No tickets will be created for tenant accounts with packages that do not support the chosen configurations. ## Activate and deactivate On Demand configurations If you want to instantly enable or disable configurations for multiple tenant accounts: 1. Under *Configuration List*, click **On Demand**. 3. (Optional) Enter a message for ServiceTitan support. 6. Select the tenant accounts you want this request applied to. 7.
