Please contact [Technical Support](http://go.servicetitan.com/ask) for details. - The following permissions are required to use this feature. Please contact the account administrator on your team. - *View Pricing Rates* - *Create/Edit Pricing Rates* ## Things to know - Changes to a client-specific pricing rule are saved only after you complete all steps by clicking **Next** and then **Create Rule**. ## View client specific pricing rules 1. In the side panel, go to **Pricing Builder.** 3. All deactivated rate sheets are displayed. If no customer specific rate sheet is assigned, the default for that type is applied automatically to the customer’s jobs. 1. In the side panel, go to **Pricing Builder.** 3.
