Jumpstart is the first step in your implementation with ServiceTitan. It walks you through basic company setup, asking you a series of questions to help you get started building the right framework. This way, ServiceTitan helps you meet your business needs and solve your problems right from the start.

A welcoming interface for ServiceTitan setup with a family and a technician.

How it works

Each section in Jumpstart asks you basic questions about your company profile, employees and technicians, operations, marketing, and more. Don’t worry if you don’t have all the information on hand. You can add as much information as you know to continue the process. You can always update your information later in Settings.

Before your start

Your account representative creates an account for you. Check your email, click the link, and create a password. When you access Jumpstart, you need your company's basic details. The quick business setup guide helps you enter:

  • The company name, street address, city, state, ZIP code, country, phone number, Employer Identification Number (EIN), service area, and customer types.

  • The names, emails, office phone numbers, and positions of your employees and technicians.

  • The trades and departments of your business.

  • The types of jobs your business performs.

Note: During the initial setup, make sure to select the job types that are most useful for your business. For more information, see Set up and use job types.

  • Details about your operational processes; memberships, payroll, sales tax, accounting, and pricebook- related questions. For example, the main workflow by which your business runs

  • The marketing campaigns your company uses

  • A bank account number you use to pay for your monthly ServiceTitan services
