Scan barcodes to add them to Pricebook items, receive purchase orders, complete picklists, and conduct inventory counts. --- ### #### Who uses this feature - Office employees and Technicians #### Feature configuration - Account configuration is required to use this feature. Please contact [Technical Support](http://go.servicetitan.com/ask) for details. ## Things to know - To scan an item during transactions such as receiving purchase orders, completing picklists, or conducting counts, the item's barcode should be assigned to the item in Pricebook first. To do this, you can either select the item from Pricebook or scan its barcode to add it to Pricebook. Once the barcode is assigned to the item in Pricebook, it can be scanned during transactions. - Serialized scanning can also be used when using barcode scanning for POs and transfers.
