# Is it possible to automatically add a task or a tag to a job when a specific task is included in a sold estimate?

## Problem

You want to add a task or tag to a job when a specific task is included in a Sold estimate. This helps track jobs with particular tasks more easily.

## Solution

Follow the steps below to solve the issue.

### Add a tag to the service

1. Go to the navigation bar and click **Pricebook**.
2. Find the service you want to modify.
3. Click **More** and select **View/Edit Service**.
4. In the service edit screen, go to the *Workflow* tab.
5. Look for the *Tags* section in the *Workflow* tab.
6. Find the tag you want to add automatically.
7. 8. Save your changes.
9. Test the automation by adding the service to a job.
10. Verify that the tag appears on the job when the service is added.

A sales tech sells an estimate. -or- A service, maintenance, or install tech sells an estimate. -or- A CSR sells an estimate over the phone. Let's say the estimate total is below the sold threshold (the customer wants to schedule the work, but hasn't fully decided).
