Ensure the GPS device is securely connected to the vehicle's power source. Loose or damaged OBD-II or hardwired connections are the most common cause of disconnections. #### How can I order and install new GPS units for Fleet Pro? Contact your Pro account manager to order a new GPS unit or camera. #### Why is Fleet Pro hardware not working after installation? 1. **Check installation:** Ensure the GPS and camera device are firmly plugged into the OBD-II port or hardwired harness. Loose or partial connections are the number one issue. 2. **Power check:** Make sure the vehicle ignition is on. Devices typically activate only with power. 3. **Activation delay:** Allow 15–30 minutes for new devices to register on the platform. 4. **Device compatibility:** Ensure the hardware model is approved for your Fleet Pro account. If all steps fail, perform a reset if the device supports it, or escalate to [Technical Support](https://go.servicetitan.com/m#/ask) with the device ID. ## Want to learn more? - See [Fleet Pro](/construction/docs/fleet-pro-home) ServiceTitan's fleet management add-on providing GPS tracking, driver behavior monitoring, AI cameras, and vehicle maintenance alerts. **What it does:** Gives operations managers real-time visibility into every vehicle, reducing fuel costs, improving safety, and lowering insurance premiums. **Also called:** GPS fleet tracking, Telematics **Tags:** Fleet Pro [See the full glossary →](https://help.servicetitan.com/docs/glossary-overview) Third-party hardware and telematics provider integrated into Fleet Pro for GPS tracking and vehicle data. **What it does:** Powers the real-time location tracking and driving behavior analytics for fleet vehicles inside ServiceTitan. **Also called:** GPS hardware partner **Tags:** Fleet Pro [See the full glossary →](https://help.servicetitan.com/docs/glossary-overview)
