# How to Update Fallback Phone Number in Dialpad

## Problem

The fallback phone number is showing as "Unavailable" instead of the correct number.

## Solution

1. Verify that you have the admin PIN.
2. Go to the Dialpad page and click on the Dialpad icon on the bottom left-hand side.
3. Launch the Dialpad app and log in if necessary.
4. Search for the number under contacts.
5. On the right-hand side, click on **Edit Contact**.
6. Update the fallback phone number to the correct number.
7. Save the changes.

> **Note:** If the fallback phone number is already updated, you do not need to make any changes.
