# How to set up clock-out alerts for technicians

## Problem

I can't get a notification when my technicians clock out.

## Solution

### What's the workaround to get notified when technicians clock out?

1. Go to the navigation bar and click **Reports**.
2. Search for the *Timesheet Exception: Late Clock Out* report.
3. Apply a filter to the *End Time* column.
4. [Set up the report to run on a schedule.](/construction/docs/schedule-reports)
5. Configure the scheduled report to send you regular updates.
6. Use this report to monitor technician clock-out activity.
