# How to see the date a project invoice email was opened

## Introduction

To check the status of a project invoice email in ServiceTitan, go to the project's *History* section and select **Email**. There, you can find the invoice email and see its status, though you can't directly track when it was opened.

## Problem

You want to know when an invoice email was opened, but it was created on a project and not connected to a job.

## Solution

### Workflow Summary

Currently, there is no direct way to check the date and time when a project invoice email was opened. You can check the status of the email through Project History.

To do this:

1. [Search for](/construction/docs/use-search-in-servicetitan) and go to the project that the invoice was created on.
2. On the side menu, click **History** **> Email**.
3. Look for the invoice email sent to the customer and check the status.
