# How to Resolve Chat Section Not Showing Up Near Job Booking Screen

## Problem

The chat section is not showing up near the Job Booking screen even though the chat feature is enabled.

## Solution

1. Perform a hard refresh.
  - For Mac, hold the shift key and the reload button.
  - For Windows, hold the Ctrl key and press F5 key at the same time.
2. Check if you have access to the *View Customer Text* permission.
3. If the View Customer Texts permission is not enabled, an Administrator can grant access.
4. If the issue persists, contact [ServiceTitan Technical Support](http://go.servicetitan.com/ask) for further assistance.

> **Note:** If an Administrator reports the issue, ServiceTitan Technical Support can enable the View Customer Texts permission for them.
