# How to Resolve a Forbidden Error Message in Dialpad

## Problem

An employee is getting a "forbidden error" message when trying to log in to Dialpad after leaving and returning to the company.

## Solution

1. Follow the instructions in the [Office 365 Login Issues](https://help.dialpad.com/docs/office-365-login-issues) article to have an administrator turn on user consent.
2. Make sure the Microsoft Office 365 permissions allow users to authenticate Dialpad through Office 365.
3. If the issue persists, contact the IT admin for further assistance.
