There isn't a direct unsell option. The **Unsell** button isn't available. ## Solution You can move a sold estimate to a different job or day without an **Unsell** button. ### Delete a sold estimate To avoid double booking of jobs and reporting issues, do not duplicate an estimate if it's already booked into another job. Instead, delete sold estimates on the *Invoice* section so that it reopens the original estimate to be booked into a new job or another job. 1. Go to the job that has the sold estimate you want to move. 2. Go to the invoice of the job. 3. Click **X** to remove tasks that were on sold estimates. 4. On the pop-up window that opens, click **Yes**. 5. Go to the *Estimates* section and find the original estimate. ### Duplicate an estimate > [!NOTE] > **Note:** Duplicate an estimate only if the original job is exported. 1. Go to the job that has the sold estimate you want to move. 2. Find the estimate you need to duplicate. 3. Click **Duplicate Estimate**. This creates a new estimate with the same information but in an *Open* status. 4. After duplicating the estimate, go to the invoice of the job. 5. Scroll to the bottom to find the original sold estimate. 6. Click **X** to the right of the sold estimate to delete the original estimate. 7. Sell the new estimate for the separate job or day you want. A sales tech sells an estimate. -or- A service, maintenance, or install tech sells an estimate. -or- A CSR sells an estimate over the phone. Let's say the estimate total is below the sold threshold (the customer wants to schedule the work, but hasn't fully decided).
