# How to reactivate items in a Pricebook Category?

## Problem

Some Pricebook items appear as inactive in the catalog. These items do not show up in the *Services* section of the Pricebook and are unavailable when creating invoices or estimates.

## Solution

### Activate items

To activate items in your Pricebook, follow these steps:

1. Go to the navigation bar and click **Pricebook**.
2. In the sidebar, select **Services**, **Materials**, or **Equipment**, depending on the item type.
3. 4. Open the **Category** dropdown and select the relevant category.
5. In the **Status** section, check **Inactive** to display all inactive items in that category.
6. 7. 8. Select the items you want to activate.
